Playa del Cura is 325 meters long and 27 meters wide. It is located in the center of Torrevieja. There stands the Monument to the Cultures of the Mediterranean known as the Columns, probably one of the most photographed places in Torrevieja. You will find numerous beach bars, kiosks, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. There is also a visiting fair at Easter.

In the summer months the sand sculptures can be admired along the promenade, they are simply amazing!
