This private use may be carried out in the following manner....
• In the months of July and August, private use may only be for a maximum of 2 weeks.
The operating company must be informed in sufficient time to block the availability in the system.
• The use of the home by the owner outside the 4-month period permitted for private use must be negotiated with the operating company regarding the conditions of use and the price to be paid for it.
